We went to her highly recommended choice of buffet restaurant- The Line at Shangri La.

Sometime ago, all of us heard her raveee about The Line. So all of us are looking foward to it! And I am so so glad that Glenn could make it last minute! =D
I don't quite know what to blog about The Line so picture shall do it!

They have one "counter" that do pasta they way you requested. So pasta comes our hot and piping!

They have a Chinese "stall'' with ducks / roasted meat / prawn noodle / seafood soup and such.
A wide variety of food is available, just that I didn't take much pictures and am realllly too lazy to go take from Luffiieee's blog so well! Too bad!

Halfway through the meal, we decided to each of us show a stupid pose and then determine whos the winner.

We then had our dessert and then went on a photography spree. Really we can just take photos and no one minds.

After the dinner, we went over to Tanjong Pagar. To visit Tim's house- The Icon and also to Amara Hotel for drinks.
WOOWAH, I WANNA MARRY TIM TO STAY AT HIS PLACE!

Because I don't look good in most of the photos at Tim's place, thus you just gotta settle for the above collage that don't show at all how lovely Tim's place is.
But envison a condo with private jacuzzi overlooking the whole Tanjong Pagar area, no noisy family and brats. Private area for drinks and such. Infinity swimming pool.
Ahhh, the kind that one always watch on TV.
It was pretty late at night and we didn't want to disturb Tim anymore so we went over to Gek's fav place- Alphabet.

There is live band. Live band usually draws me to a pub but they are not too good lah.


Then Glenn sent me home while Gek sent Lurrfffieee home.
It was very very good time spent as usual. The Line is a place that you can go and spent some money to get quality food yet not feeling very intidimated. It is cheery and definitely goood for catching up session with friends.
I had tonnes of fun like I usually do with em. =D
That pretty much draws the end to Gek's birthday celebration from us for 2008. Her present and this. I hope she enjoyed it as much as we did. =)
